Dear Maple Plain Residents,
We have an important update about how you’ll receive your utility bill. Starting in January, the city will no longer send postcard utility bills. Instead, you’ll receive a full-page bill tucked inside the latest edition of our quarterly City newsletter.
Why the change? The postcard format is so small that many residents either don’t receive it or don’t notice it. By switching to a larger, more visible format, we can make your bill easier to read and provide extra space for helpful details about your water, sewer, and stormwater services, all in one convenient packet.
When your newsletter arrives, please take a moment to open it and look for your utility bill inside. The newsletter will continue to share updates on city projects, events, and community programs, so now you’ll get your bill and local news together.
