File a Complaint/Ordinance Violation

The City of Maple Plain acknowledges its responsibility for providing a system to receive and investigate complaints from residents.  Residents may bring to the attention of the City complaints about the conduct of City employees or other residents of the City.  Complaint forms which are not signed and dated will not be processed.  The City receives complaints, investigates complaints and takes action if a violation of City Ordinance is found.  

When submitting a complaint your personal information will be kept strictly confidential by the City Administrator.

MN Data Practices Notification: Pursuant to MN Data Practices Chapter 13 all government data including email communications is presumed to be public unless there is a specific state statute, federal law, or temporary classification that classifies it otherwise.  The identities of individuals who register complaints with government entities concerning violations of state laws or local ordinances concerning the use of real property are classified as confidential data, pursuant to section 13.02, subdivision 3.
