2. Update your vehicle information and change driver's license

5. Get a Dog License 

The City of Maple Plain issues dog tags with the purpose of assisting West Hennepin Public Safety when they find dogs. Tags are issued at City Hall for a $5 fee (cash or check). There is no expiration on the tag and no vaccination documentation required.
