The Maple Plain City Council will hold public hearings on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. regarding proposed assessments for delinquent utility accounts and two 2026 street reconstruction projects.
The public hearings will provide affected property owners and members of the public an opportunity to learn more about the proposed assessments and provide comments to the City Council.
Public Hearings
The City Council will consider proposed assessments for:
- Delinquent Utilities, unpaid utility charges proposed to be certified to the applicable properties.
- 2026 Industrial Street Reconstruction Project, proposed special assessments for properties benefiting from improvements along Industrial Street.
- 2026 Downtown Street Reconstruction Project, proposed special assessments for properties benefiting from improvements within the Downtown project area.

Affected property owners will receive information regarding their proposed assessment. Property owners and other interested individuals may attend the public hearing and provide comments to the City Council before it considers adoption of the assessments at the City Council Business Meeting on October 26.
