Important Notice for Maple Plain Property Owners

The City of Maple Plain is starting work on a 2026 Downtown Street Reconstruction Project. Our engineers at Bolton & Menk are preparing a study to help guide the project.

Streets included in the project: Main Street E (Pioneer Ave. to Budd Ave.), Pioneer Avenue, Delano Avenue, Maple Avenue, Marsh Avenue, Spring Avenue & Industrial Street.

Work may include: New pavement, Replacing water and sewer pipes, Curb and gutter, Sidewalks, Lighting, & Storm sewer improvements

As with past projects, some of the cost will be assessed to properties that benefit from the work. Public Hearing:

• 7:00 PM
• Maple Plain City Hall – Council Chambers

Residents and property owners are invited to attend. You will be able to learn more about estimated costs, how assessments are calculated, and share comments or questions.
