The City of Maple Plain, in partnership with Orono Community Education, welcomed residents and families to Art in the Park on Tuesday, September 22, at Veterans Memorial Park. The free community event provided an opportunity for neighbors of all ages to gather, get creative, and enjoy an evening outdoors. Attendees participated in hands-on art projects, activities, and live music while spending time with friends, family, and neighbors. Art in the Park was designed to make art accessible and engaging for the entire community while creating another opportunity for residents to connect with one another.
