Water Main Break Update – Maple & Main
Crews have been monitoring the water main break at Maple Avenue and Main Street this evening. The situation has stabilized, and water pressure is currently holding steady.
An excavation crew will be on site beginning at 8:00 a.m. to make repairs to the water main. At that time, crews will likely need to temporarily shut off water service to complete the work.
Residents and businesses on Main Street and Maple Avenue should be prepared for a temporary loss of water service during repairs. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
For safety, barricades have been placed around the affected area where water is surfacing. Maple Avenue remains closed to thru traffic.Please use caution and avoid the area.
