West Hennepin Public Safety is offering a limited number of free child passenger safety seats and booster seats to qualifying families through its 2026 Car Seat and Booster Seat Grant Program.
Families selected for the program will receive a safety seat at no cost. A Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician will also provide education and guidance to help caregivers select an appropriate seat and use it correctly.
Eligibility is based on financial need. Interested caregivers may complete the online registration form or scan the QR code provided in the program flyer.
Seats are limited, and submitting the registration form does not guarantee availability. West Hennepin Public Safety will contact eligible families with additional information and next steps.
