    • Please use caution when traveling through the construction zone, follow all posted signs, and allow extra travel time. Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we improve Maple Plain's infrastructure.
  • Beginning installation of the storm sewer on Main Street, starting near the Public Works facility and progressing east.

    • What to Expect
      • Residents and businesses in the affected area will receive a door hanger notice with the specific date and estimated water shutdown time before work begins.
      • Water service interruptions are expected for properties near Maple Avenue between Main Street East and Independence Street.
      • Schedules may change due to weather or field conditions.
    • After Water Service is Restored
      • Run cold water from two or more faucets for several minutes, beginning with an outdoor spigot or laundry tub if possible.
      • Temporary air in the water lines or discolored water is normal after water main work and should clear after flushing.
      • If discoloration or other issues persist after flushing, please contact the construction representative.

Residents and motorists should expect construction equipment, temporary traffic impacts, and changing access conditions in the work zone. Please use caution when traveling through the area and follow all posted signage.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we work to improve Maple Plain's downtown infrastructure.
